ASC Customer Alert Effective August 7, 2009, permits will be issued ONLY to the primary applicant, financially responsible party or property owner listed on the application at the time of intake or formally updated during review. Agents or couriers picking up permits on behalf of one of these parties must have written authorization to do so. Picture identification may be required. |
